Retainer Fee
ALL RETAINER FEE'S are non-refundable.
A retainer fee is required to lock in your event date and prohibit the event stylist from scheduling any other clients during the day of your event.
Deposits
A deposit is required for every event.
Payments
The full balance is due two weeks before the day of your event. Accepted payment methods Zelle, online, and PayPal.
By Client: You have the right to cancel at any time. If the client cancels up to 30 days prior to the Event Date, the Client will be entitled to a refund of 50% of funds paid not to include the non-refundable retainer or fees/charges associated with preparing for the event.
If the Client cancels less than 20 days prior to the Event Date, the Client will not be entitled to a refund.
You may reschedule your event up to 20 days prior to your Event Date provided the Event Stylist is available or able to find a suitable replacement subject to the Client's approval.
By Event Stylist: The Event Stylist may cancel this Agreement at any time. If the Event Stylist cancels, the Event Stylist may provide a suitable replacement if applicable subject to the Client’s approval, which shall be obtained in writing. In the alternative, the Event Stylist shall refund all monies previously paid by the Client, except for non-refundable retainer, which was agreed to by the Client.
Delivery under 25 miles, set-up and breakdown of decor.
Clients are responsible for lodging, food, and a mileage for events 30-miles and greater. Amount will be provided before booking.
Due upon contracted service. ALL RETAINER FEE'S are non-refundable.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for specialty or personalized items ordered for your event.
Delivery/Setup fee is based on event location, setup time and labor cost.
